Last Friday, hundreds of farmers from around the country were hosted by President Trump on the White House grounds to celebrate the agricultural sector.  Among the attendees were Michigan Corn Grower Association Members John Delmotte and Matt Frostic.

During the event, President Trump announced finalization of the highest renewable volume obligations (RVOs) in the history of renewable fuels standard program, new “Grocery Guarantee” loans through the Small Business Administration’s International Trade Loan Program, and furthered work at EPA to remove diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) sensors for diesel equipment. Additionally, President Trump highlighted the recent issuance of emergency E-15 waivers, discussed Product of USA labeling for increased consumer awareness, and urged Congress to quickly pass a new farm bill.
